BACKGROUNDLynn joined the Institute for Employment Research in November 2006. Prior to this she was a Research Associate in the Department of Economics at the University Sheffield. Lynn received a PhD in Economics from the University of York in July 2006. Prior to studying in the UK, Lynn obtained her BSc and MA in Economics at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. |
