Rachel works as part of the Warwick coaching faculty and as an in-house coach for a top 50 UK law firm, her skills include 1-1 coaching, facilitation, leadership development and training. She is particularly interested in adult development, resilience and diversity and inclusion, supporting coaches to evolve their approach and skills.
