Have you ever considered how much of your behaviour and decision making is intuitive, effortless and made with little conscious awareness? Behavioural science (a new field built on strong scientific background that draws from psychology, economics and neuroscience) is challenging perceptions of the mind, and the thought that we act in rational self-interest, revealing interesting ways of helping people achieve what they want and need.

This interactive session hosted by Edward Gardiner shows how we can help ourselves and others achieve their goals, whether it’s living a healthier life to looking after the environment or making sound financial decisions.
