You can apply for a swipecard or renew your existing card online.


With your alumni swipecard, you can enjoy access to the Library, University House including the Learning Grid, and the Sports and Wellness Hub (when you join a Sports membership scheme). You can borrow up to five books from the library for two weeks. In addition, by registering with warwickgrad.net you can have access to the following online resources via our alumni page:

  • Business Source
  • Sage Journals

Warwick offers free access to careers resources and events for life, and 1-1 support for up to 2 years after you’ve graduated, so no matter where you are in your career journey, Warwick is here to help.

Simply create your MyAdvantage profile and gain access to guidance appointments, help with career planning and interview and application support. As an alumni you can access these services in person, by email, telephone or Skype.

To benefit Warwick Alumni, we subscribe to a wide range of online journals and publications. Business Source is used by millions for research, teaching, and learning. The Economist, The Financial Times, and Adweek are all available via the ProQuest platform.

To gain access to the journals please follow the steps below:

- Sign up to Warwickgrad.net and register for a @warwickgrad.net email address

- Log on to our system with your new email and password at the top right hand corner of this page.

- Access our exclusive alumni pages and find the journal you want.


Please note, alumni may only use these online resources for personal learning use, and should understand that accessing them for corporate use may result in legal action
