Non-Academic Experience

‘Resonate’ is a news, entertainment and blogging website that provides writers with a platform to discuss topics that strongly resonate amongst East Asian communities in the West. ‘Resonate’ aims to promote East Asian talent through the medium of written journalism and eventually film/television, photography and music in order to achieve a wider and more diverse media presence for East Asians. "Science Fiction World (Sci-Fi World; SFW) (Chinese: 科幻世界, Kehuan Shijie), began in 1979, is a monthly science fiction magazine published in the People's Republic of China, headquartered in Chengdu. It dominates the Chinese science fiction magazine market." - From Wiki.

SFW initially published the now renowned Cixin Liu ( 刘慈欣), China's first Hugo Award for the best novel winner, The Three-Body Problem (《三体》) in serial format. He was the first Asian writer to win "Best Novel".
