The Library arranges short informal tours for new students at the beginning of the first term in order to explain and demonstrate the Library’s facilities and to enable students to meet those members of the Library staff concerned with English.  There will be an introductory meeting about the Central Campus Library and computing facilities for students of English and the joint degrees on Tuesday 27 September at 10.30 a.m. in the Group Study Room.  All students should meet on floor 1 of the Library at 10.30, where further instructions will be provided.  The meeting will be split because of numbers: students whose names begin with the initials A-L are asked to attend promptly at 10.30 a.m.; M-Z at 11.00 a.m.  A tour of the Library will also be arranged; details will be given at the meeting.
