• Kevina Zhang started learning calligraphy at the age of 5, and achieved a very high grade (Grade 8) in ‘Chinese Calligraphy Artist’ in 2000

Some background:

• Chinese calligraphy is an art unique to Asian cultures. Shu (calligraphy), Hua (painting), Qin (a string musical instrument), and Qi (a strategic board game) are the four basic skills and disciplines of the Chinese literati. Chinese calligraphy is the most important art in Chinese culture.
