Vocab and structures are very simple and erroneous. It is difficult to understand even the gist. An inadequate and unclear fulfilment of the task
Some points are addressed, but they are expressed inadequately and unclearly.
The candidate is unwilling to speak or speaks with long pauses before most words and it is hard to hold interaction.
The candidate may understand the examiner only partially.
Mispronunciation intonation is frequent and it causes difficulty for the examiner.
25 Poor quality work well below the standards required for the level.
Wholly unsatisfactory performance
 
Low Fail 12 Occasional recognizable words and sentences but they make little sense
