Global 19th Century Studies

Are you a Warwick academic, researcher or student with interests in the nineteeth century?

1896globalcurrentsWelcome to the Global 19th Century Studies at Warwick network. Our webpage aims to showcase Warwick's wide and deep expertise in nineteenth-century studies across all languages and disciplines, bringing together colleagues and students with interests in the global nineteenth century in order to:

  • learn about one another's work
  • develop collaborative research and teaching projects
  • raise the profile of Warwick's nineteenth-century expertise both within and beyond the University.

We are currently conducting a census of Warwick research and teaching activity focused on the nineteenth century, whether explicitly badged as 'global' or not. We invite you to submit details of your research and/or teaching interests via our online form.

If you have any questions or would like to be added to our mailing list, please contact Kirsty Hooper on k dot hooper at warwick dot ac dot uk.
