The session consisted of short presentations on issues relating to internationalisation in the UK and in Sweden. Melodee Beals examined the role of international students in the UK and their accommodation by university staff and faculty. Alison Twells discussed developments at Sheffield Hallam University regarding the internationalisation agenda. Henrik Agren presented an overview of factors that influence Swedish students in terms of internationalisation. It dealt with two aspects of the subject: student exchange and curriculum design.
