We are delighted to announce that Dr Nicholas Monk has been confirmed as the Director of IATL for the next three years. He has a deep interest in interdisciplinary teaching and is the lead author on Open-space Learning: a Transdisciplinary Pedagogy. He is also an adjunct Associate Professor in the Monash Faculty of Arts, working closely with Australian colleagues on a variety of projects

Dr Monk has taken over the position of Director following the departure of Dr Paul Taylor, who left in January 2015 to take up the position of Professor of Chemical Education & Director of Student Education at the University of Leeds.

We look forward to interesting and exciting times working with Dr Monk over the next three years and also send our best wishes and good luck for the future to Dr Taylor in his new position.
