Are you interested in participating in the networked communications study?

Are you between 12 and 25 years old?

Do you have a long-term illness, such as diabetes, asthma, depression, anxiety, anorexia, bulimia, cystic fibrosis or epilepsy, that requires treatment? If yes, we would like to hear from you!

We are researching the ways in which young people use mobile phones, social networking sites, email and the internet to help themselves look after their health.

We want to know:

How do you use these types of technology to communicate about your health?

How do you feel about using technology to communicate about your health?

If you would be willing to be interviewed about this topic, please email or telephone us with your name and tell us how to contact you to arrange an interview. Email: ehealth@warwick.ac.uk or telephone: 024 7615 1801.

Please tell us your age and health condition too as this helps us with our research. Thank you from the research team.
