Gain a clear understanding of the concepts and theories surrounding the issues of diabetes and the eye
  • Gain an in-depth and reliable knowledge and advanced understanding of all the clinically relevant facets of other lesions in diabetic retinal screening
  • Learn to meet the needs of the Diabetes National Service Framework as it relates to patients with diabetic complications in this area
  • Manage risk factors for other eye disease (other than diabetic retinopathy) in people with diabetes
  • The teaching and learning style is interactive, drawing on both the expert teachers and the experience of the students
