Jenny Kiviaho

Biography

Jenny Kiviaho was born in Joensuu, Finland in 1988. She completed her Master of Science degree at the University of Helsinki in 2013, specialising in polymer chemistry. In her final year, Jenny participated in the Erasmus Training programme, carrying out her Master’s project at the University of Warwick under the supervision of Professor David Haddleton. The project was entitled ‘The preparation of fluorescent polypeptide-polymer bioconjugates utilising controlled radical polymerisation and 'click' chemistry techniques’.

Jenny started her PhD in 2013 researching organic photovoltaics under the industrial supervision of Merck.
