Contributions (talks and posters) will be printed in the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series (ASPCS). The registration fee includes the shipment of one copy of the proceedings to your registered address.

The deadline for all submissions is 1 October 2016.

There is a 6-page limit for talks.

There is a 4-page limit for posters. However, owing to the large number of abstracts received, we can accommodate a maximum of one paper per author. As a consequence, if you have submitted two or more abstracts, you will have to choose one of them for the conference proceedings.

You are required to use the ASPCS LaTeX template for authors. You must not use additional packages or change the style file. All figures must be in post script or PDF format. For references, please use the NASA ADS preferred format, such as this example, with corrections as appropriate (i.e. select AASTeX as output option in ADS). Please note that colour figures are accepted in both the online and printed versions.

All submissions that do not respect any of the above, do not compile or do not respect the page limits will be returned to the authors.

You are also required to fill and send us the copyright form before the submission deadline.

Please submit in a .zip or .tar file to eurowd16 at gmail dot com and name your files Lastname_Initial.tex, Lastname_Initial_Fig1.eps, etc.
