T2K Software on the Warwick Cluster
Setting up Grid Software
The grid software is stored in /cvmfs/grid.cern.ch.
Run the setup up script:
/cvmfs/grid.cern.ch/3.2.11-1/etc/profile.d/grid-env.sh
You may need to tell these tools about the t2k.org VO if it is not already set up in the version of the grid tools that you are using. Create the file:
~/.glite/vomses/t2k.org-voms.gridpp.ac.uk
with the contents:
"t2k.org" "voms.gridpp.ac.uk" "15003" "/C=UK/O=eScience/OU=Manchester/L=HEP/CN=voms.gridpp.ac.uk" "t2k.org"
You should now be able to set up a proxy as usual:
voms-proxy-init -voms t2k.org
