Joseph Herman SINGIRANKABO (MSc student HOM)
Current research: Integration of care in the continuum.
I graduated with a Master of Public Health (Mount Kenya University, Rwanda) in 2015, after undergraduate training in general nursing (University of the West of Scotland) in 2011. Further to nursing practice in intensive care unit, I served as research assistant in various projects related to HIV management. I worked as a project lead for elimination mother to child HIV in Rwanda, pertaining the design and implementation of national strategic plan for prevention of mother to child HIV transmission. I also worked as medical assistant in humanitarian healthcare delivery with United Nations in Chad and Mali (Africa).
My interests include epidemiology surveillance and healthcare system strengthening especially in developing countries.
