Warwick Applied Linguistics at the University of Warwick is pleased to announce its 19th International Postgraduate Conference in Applied Linguistics held from Tuesday, 28th to Thursday, 30th June 2016.

Our Postgraduate Conference is widely attended by students within and outside the UK. Being a ‘conference by students for students’, we aim to provide a platform for graduate students to showcase their paper or poster and get valuable feedback from other renowned scholars in the field.

In addition to our notable keynote presentations from Dr. Luke Plonsky, Dr. Christopher Hart and Prof. Helen Spencer-Oatey, this event hosts workshops for research skills, such as statistic analysis, case studies and grounded theory research. Last and certainly not least, there will be paper and poster presentations related to these three following themes: Language Learning, Teaching, and Assessment (LLTA); Professional and Academic Discourse (PAD) and Working and Communicating Across Cultures (WACC). Register now to secure your seat!
