Research Assistant


Kayleigh Caldwell

Kayleigh Caldwell is a research assistant based in Ulster University, Northern Ireland. She has an MSc in Applied behaviour Analysis and has worked for the past 5 years with both children and adults with varying developmental disabilities, who present with significant behaviours that challenge. Her work is currently focused on numeracy and literacy skill development in children. Other key research interests include Clinical behaviour analysis and its application to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Beverley Jones
Beverley graduated with an MSc in Applied Behavioural Analysis in 2009 at Bangor University and is an ABA supervisor and consultant with over 17 years’ experience supporting children and young people with developmental disability and autism. She has conducted staff training events in North Wales schools teaching comprehensive ABA based methods to help improve numeracy, literacy and behaviour change. Beverley has also presented her research in international and UK conferences. Beverley will be based at Bangor University.

Foteini Lykomitrou

Foteini is a Research Assistant based at the Centre for Educational Development Appraisal and Research, University of Warwick. She has been working for over six years, as a Lead ABA tutor, supporting children with autism both in school and home settings. Foteini is also having experience working with adults in a supported living environment. She has a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Developmental Psychology. Her interests lie in the field of ABA and teaching skills in children and adults with autism and/or learning difficulties including wellbeing.

Viki Stafford

Viki Stafford is a Research Assistant based at the Tizard Centre, University of Kent. She has a BSc in applied Social Psychology with Clinical Psychology, which is where she first worked with the PBS team. Since then, she has worked for 10 years supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living environment. Her interests lie in the fields of Positive Behaviour Support and challenging behaviour.
