Economics students are asked what is the most pressing issue economists focus on these days, but what were the results? 

During the various induction activities in Week 1 of term, the Department ran a survey in which undergraduate students were invited to provide one-word answers to the question: "What is the most pressing issue an economist needs to focus on these days?".

The Department received a high resonse rate, and we were able to compile a wordle for each of the three cohorts (1st, 2nd and Final Year students). At first sight, there appear to be strong similarities across the three years, however you'll also see some interesting differences..
