GENERAL RESEARCH INTERESTS

  • Developing conceptual and empirical models to estimate the degree of price transmission and market power in vertically-related markets.
  • Application of economic epidemiology and networks to the understanding of human-disease interaction.


CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS

I. As an affiliate of the Governance of Livestock Diseases project (GoLD) (www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/cross_fac/gld), I am interested in
  • Information asymmetry and livestock-disease related compensation;
  • Interaction between livestock diseases and farmers' preventive and therapeutic efforts;
  • Network effects;
