PAIS Sessions at University Open Days - Friday June 19th and Saturday June 20th

Please indicate whether you will be available to help PAIS on these University Open Days. You will need to be available from 12-4.30pm

If you are a member of Warwick Welcome Service, I understand you will be expected to help out centrally and will not be available to help PAIS on this occasion.

Once we have an idea of who is available we will select a an appropriate range of ambassadors to assist (e.g. male/female, different year groups etc). We are likely to need between 5 and 8 ambassadors on each day. Unfortunately, being available does not guarantee you will be selected. However, I will be as fair as possible in terms of those selected. If you are not chosen on this occasion, please do not worry, there will be further opportunities.

For those new to the ambassador role, full details will follow (however, the main role will be speaking to prospective students and their families and friends. A small number of ambassadors may also be asked to help with our Question Time panel which is based on the BBC TV programme of the same name).

Thank you for your time.

Justin, Director of Student Experience and Progression (DSEP)
