Achim Kemmerling

Achim Kemmerling is Associate Professor of Political Economy and works at Central European University , Budapest . His research interests cover issues of taxation and the welfare state, as well as finance and development. His recent publications include a monograph on Taxing the Working Poor (Edward Elgar) and the journal article Accelerating Downhill: How the EU Shapes Corporate Tax Competition in the Single Market (with P. Genschel and E. Seils in JCMS).
