Megan Dee

Megan DeeMegan Dee is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation at the University of Warwick. In 2013 she was awarded her PhD in Politics from the University of Glasgow for her thesis ‘Challenging Expectations: A study of European Union performance in multilateral negotiations’. In 2009 she earned her MSc in International Politics from the University of Glasgow and in 2004 her BSc hons in Politics (1st class) from the University of Stirling. She has six years previous work experience in the Scottish political system, including several years of working as a parliamentary researcher in the Scottish Parliament. Megan’s research addresses the conceptualisation and explanation of EU performance in multilateral negotiations, with a particular interest in how changes to structural conditions have shaped the EU’s performance in the WTO/multilateral trade negotiations.
