Athena SWAN staff survey

This survey is designed to gather data on inequalities, achievements, and the culture of our department in order to support our Athena Swan submission. The sections of the survey reflect the sections in the Athena Swan application form. If there are any questions that you feel are not relevant to you, or you would prefer not to answer, this is fine: just move on to the next one. If you would rather talk about an issue in person than write about it as part of the survey, please tick the relevant box to say so (these can be found under each question). All data will be kept completely anonymous unless you grant us permission to contact you for a follow-up interview. In this instance your contact details will be shared with the survey administrator only: Ruth Pearce. The findings of this survey will be used *only* in preparing the department's Athena SWAN application, and equality action plans.
