It is necessary to change your ITS password twice before you can access your new email account for the first time.

Procedure:

• Open a browser and go to http://www.warwick.ac.uk/go/changepassword
• Log in with your current ITS username (typically starts bs…. ) and password
• Choose a new password and type it twice. Note the strict rules on the page. Your password must:
  • Be between 8 and 16 characters
  • Have a mixture of upper and lower case letters
  • Contain at least one number or symbol
  • Cannot be the same as your current password
• Ignore the warning about any change taking 15 minutes and instead visit the link above again
• Change your password for a second time. You may change it back to its original value provided that meets the complexity requirements
