A Pinnacle Video Transfer USB device is available for loan from the Helpdesk. This device is suitable for converting video tapes and other recorded content to a format suitable for playback on a computer, or upload to YouTube, by connecting a video camera or VCR/PVR directly to it. The device can be borrowed by students but it must still be signed for by a member of staff. In signing for the device they are taking responsibility for it on behalf of their group. You will need to provide your own memory stick or other USB device, or borrow a USB stick from the Helpdesk, subject to availability - there isn't one reserved for use with the device.
