We have created a tool in the resource management section of my.wbs modules which allows you to copy resources from one module to another en masse. We're hoping that this will make the task of preparing for next year considerably more straightforward. You can select any or all of the resources, set the readership, the expiry and embargo dates all in one place. You can copy from multiple sources and there are safeguards in place to make sure you do no copy the same resource twice.

Once you have used the system a couple of times you should find this a quick and easy task to perform. However because of the relatively complex user interface we would like to work through the process with you to start with.
