Our January was spent preparing the various conference papers from the project, and continuing our analysis of the material. We have also been working on setting up the meetings with the CEOs we observed for individual feedback sessions. These are a key part of our project in terms of both ensuring that what we report is seen by the chief executives first so they can comment as to its accuracy, but also that we continue to engage with relevant audiences throughout all the stages of the project. These will be followed by focus group sessions with a broader audience of NHS chief executives in the coming months to share emerging insights across all seven cases.
