Demetris Hadjimichael

Biography

Demetris Hadjimichael is a doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He holds a BA in Public and Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Cyprus and a MSc in Managerial Psychology (with Distinction) from the University of Manchester. In 2015, he was awarded the prestigious ESRC doctoral studentship. For his doctoral thesis, he is currently researching the role of tacit knowledge in organizational improvisation by employing ethnographic methods to collect data for his research.
