E-Learning Forum

Over the last six months we (LDC) have received increasing demand for developing a community of practice around the use of technology to support teaching and learning. Therefore we’re proposing a termly forum where we can meet and explore different aspects of e-learning. The sessions will give us the chance to share practice, discuss emerging ideas and look at the practical application of technologies into our practice. The group is open to all colleagues across the University, whatever the area of interest and level of expertise.

The first meeting will take place on Wednesday 30th November, 2pm - 3.30pm in the Teaching Grid (Main Library) and give us a chance for us to introduce ourselves and share our interests and current work. We’ll also start to share views about the role technology should play in teaching and learning within Higher Education. Please let us know if you can make it to this session or if you have any questions, thoughts or comments at this time please feel free to contact us:
