Making an Impact: Taking Your Research Beyond the University

"Making an Impact: Taking you Research beyond the University" is a one day workshop that will provide a background on the Department of Business, Industry and Skills' (BIS) Impact Agenda and its consequences for academic researchers.

The workshop will highlight the advantages of the links between academia and the corporate environment and how both areas leverage off each other for further knowledge and wealth creation. It will also identify the skills and mind set required to move from an academic environment to the corporate environment.
