Using examples and experiences of researching conflict, Afiya Zia will lead a seminar-workshop on how feminist research in different contexts of conflict can be carried out.

A number of questions relating to the study of gender as a dimension of conflict will be discussed. How is conflict gendered? How is the construction of victims and perpetrators of conflict and violence gendered? These are among the questions to be posed.
