“Fabulous Feedback” staff discuss giving student feedback

Last year we asked students to tell us about instances or patterns of good feedback that they had received on their work. Those instances could include speed of the feedback, the content and helpfulness of the feedback, or any other factor that made that feedback particularly valuable.

We also asked students to nominate members of staff who had provided those good examples of feedback. The most nominated staff of each of the three faculties groupings were Professor Seán Hand (French Studies), Ian Tuersley (WMG), and Richard Lampard (Sociology).

In this podcast those three staff members discuss how they have approached giving feedback to students.
