141 more people could now save a baby's life

Save a babyMore than 140 staff, students and local people attended the 'Save a baby's life' workshop held at the Arts Centre last week, learning what to do in an emergency situation. The large-scale training session included 26 instructors from Warwick Uni Lifesaving Club, BULSCA and the RLSS, together with 220 baby manikins, and was organised following the success of two smaller sessions held last year at Warwick.

The instructors volunteered their time, the Arts Centre provided the room free of charge and the minimal cost of resources for the event was more than offset by the generous donations of participants, raising over £200.
