New three way coaching service

The Learning and Development Centre (LDC) has introduced a new coaching service, Three Way Coaching, in which a manager/leader can ask LDC to coach a colleague in terms of changing a practice or behaviour in order to achieve an agreed outcome.

Traditional coaching requires a coach to work solely on the agenda that a coachee brings to the coaching relationship. Three way coaching allows the colleague and the manager/leader to discuss and agree an area of focus for change and for that area to become the nub of the coaching relationship. The advantage of three way coaching is that it gives the coachee a neutral and objective framework in which to work towards changes that have been discussed and agreed with a manager/leader.
