This year’s cycle of the University’s annual review scheme for staff commences now, with annual review meetings taking place between January and the end of April 2013. The annual review gives staff a chance to discuss their role, achievements, objectives for the coming year, any training and development needs they may have and their career and role aspirations.

Face to face training is available if required; sessions are planned for Wednesday 23 January (for reviewers) and Monday 28 January (for reviewees), and more sessions will be publicised shortly. Book a place or register your interest in future sessions.
