Engineering inspiration from Richard Noble

BloodhoundThere's a chance to be inspired by Richard Noble OBE at a public lecture on 25 April, 'Bloodhound: The Next Generation of Engineers'.

Richard is an entrepreneur and record breaker, designer of Thrust SSC, which broke the World Land Speed Record in 1997 and is now on display locally at Coventry Transport Museum.

He'll be talking about his current project, Bloodhound, a supersonic car designed to smash the World Land Speed Record and inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers.

The public lecture is part of the Andrew Little Lecture Series by the School of Engineering.

The lecture is free and open to all, but registration is essential. Please print out email confirmation of your booking and bring it the lecture. Space is limited and anyone attending without confirmation will not be allowed into the lecture.
