Upcoming cultural events at the PG Hub

The PG hub are hosting the following free, student-led cultural events this summer term:

Join us to celebrate together on 29 May at 1pm in the PG Hub.
The Tadau Kaamatan (literally, ‘Day of Harvest’ in the KadazanDusun language) is an annual celebration celebrated by the KadazanDusun and Murut (KDM) people of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo.On 29 May we will be celebrating the Kaamatan festival, which is an annual event celebrated by the KadazanDusun and Murut (KDM) people of Sabah, in Malaysian Borneo. This will be a unique opportunity to learn about the Kaamatan festival and meet other postgraduate students while tasting homemade Malaysian cakes and watching the traditional dance show.

cCroatian celebration

Croatia is coming to the PG Hub on 9 June, 4-7pm.
Did you know that after visiting Dubrovnik, Croatia, George Bernard Shaw said 'If you want to see Heaven on Earth, come to Dubrovnik'? Join us on 9 June to learn more about Croatia, taste Croatian desserts, beer, wine and much more.
