The end of term UV (Ultraviolet lighting) fitness special is taking place on Monday 24 June 2013.

• 5.30-7pm with UV Zumba in the Desso Hall: £4 per ticket.
• 7.15-8pm UV Grit Plyo in the Desso Hall: £2 per ticket (a taster of next years new class following on from the Grit Strength this year).
• 8-9.30 UV Les Mills Combi Workout: Body Combat, Body Attack and the brand new CX Work, 30 minutes of each, take recovery when you want and join back in. CX Work is the latest total core workout: £3 per ticket.

Great fun workouts all night long, optional day glo/white clothing. Glo Sticks and UV face paint available on the night.
