Gillian McGrattan leaves Warwick this week to take up the role of Director of Human Resources (HR) at the University of Birmingham.

Gillian joined Warwick from National Savings and Investments (NS&I) in June 2013, initially as Director of HR. In October 2016 she became head of the People Group – comprising HR, Organisational Development, Wellbeing, Campus Security and Health and Safety.

Following Gillian’s departure, Geraldine Mills will take up the role of Interim HR Director, and Hannah Friend will take up interim overall leadership of Wellbeing Support Services - including Campus Security and Health and Safety.
