Technician in labDo you work in a technical role? Join colleagues from across the region to network, share best practice, and find opportunities for collaboration at a new regional event on 30 June 2015.

You’ll be able to focus on professional development and networking opportunities, and take a look at issues around technical skills and education.

Organised by the M5 group of universities (Warwick, Nottingham, Birmingham, Loughborough, Aston & Leicester), the conference will be the largest event held specifically for UK HE technical staff to date.

Keynote speakers include Lord Bhattacharyya, Chairman of WMG, and Dr Helen Sharman, the first Briton in space, now a technical manager at Kingston.

Attendance is free and transport to the conference, at the University of Nottingham, will be provided.
