Insite homepage improvements
From Thursday 16 March we’re implementing a number of small changes to the insite homepage, developed to improve your user experience. Many of the developments have taken place behind the scenes such as making the site more robust for mobile devices, but you’ll be able to see a number of improvements, including more prominent quick links navigation, new content and a bold new colour scheme. Can't find a quick link?
All our quick links can still be found as before under the 'hamburger' drop down list (the three horizontal lines to the left of "insite"). We've also added a few additional ones in response to your feedback.
We’ve moved the most popular quick links (based on usage stats over a three month period) to a more prominent position, higher up on the right hand side of the homepage so they can be found more easily.
If a link you've been using wasn't one of these you can still find it under the drop down quick links, or through typing into Search.
We will continue to monitor usage of quick links, as well as frequently searched for terms and will continue to be responsive to audience demand.
Longer term we hope to be able to offer colleagues personalised quick links so that these can be tailored to individual needs. Watch this space!
