The IT Services helpdesk drop-in service will be open this weekend between 10am-5pm on the first floor of the library for any IT related queries.

'Please Read' Memory Sticks

In each of the 7,000 student rooms on campus, you'll find a 'please read' USB memory stick, with useful information on accessing the various IT Services, including on-line instructions, guides and video instructions on printing, connecting to the network and much more. Make sure you pick up your memory stick from your student room on campus and make use of the information on it.

Residential Helpdesk

The Residential Network helpdesk will also be open between 10am-5pm to assist students having difficulties connecting to the residential network. You can find further information on the Residential Network Service webpages (ResNet) or by calling 024 765 75000 (ext. 75000).
