This is a great opportunity for those that have graduated with an advanced manufacturing and engineering or business related degree but are still looking for employment in the sector. We have a number of fantastic vacancies with local companies that we can link the right applicants into and also offer in work training support if successful.

Over the next few years with more and more business opportunities opening up in the city, this promises to be a great time to be an employer or graduate in Coventry and this scheme is just one of the ways we will be looking to help many new graduates into employment."

The Skills 4 Growth team are also looking for small to medium-sized enterprises based in the Coventry and Warwickshire area which are able to offer eligible graduates the opportunity to work on an existing or new project, find out more on the Coventry City Council website.
