PG TalkFest: a place to meet postgraduate students

PGTalkFestPG TalkFest is being held on Tuesday 21 May 2013 in the PG Hub, located on the ground floor of Senate House.

Its aim is to get postgraduates to meet each other and to listen to informal, lively talks. As well as being a good meeting place, PG TalkFest is a stage for practicing public engagement skills. The speakers are postgraduate students who are from a variety of disciplines.

Who is speaking and about what?

The speakers are: Sebastian Averill (History), Joanna Cuttell (Sociology) and Steve Norton (MOAC). The topics include Batman, video games and evolution.

Interested?

The event starts at 6pm (talks start at 6:30pm) finishing at 8pm. Some light snacks will be provided from 6pm and there will also be a short interval. To help with catering numbers, please sign up online.
