This year's Warwick Sport student and staff membership prices and new Lifestyle Activity schedule have just been published and can now be booked online. During the summer there have been a number of developments offering staff and students the very best facilities possible.

This year’s pricing for student and staff membership to Warwick Sport has now been published and you can renew or apply online.

*NEW* Lifestyle Activities programme

The New Lifestyle Activity Schedule starts from Monday 30 September 2013 and gives a great overview of the new classes and activities on offer.

Facility developments

Upgrades have been carried out to the Main Sports Centre, with a new car parking area designed to cater for cyclists at the front of the building.

The Lifestyle Gym facility has been completely renovated this year with Technogym state of the art equipment and a dedicated functional training studio. Overall, Warwick Sport has invested £1 million to improve the staff experience of the gym, including the fit out of two new studios with mirrors, lights and sound systems.

The Swimming Pool has been completely cleaned and redecorated. In recognition of the popularity of this facility and the importance of offering more recreational swimming time, lane space will now be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 5pm.

At Westwood, the 3G pitch has been completely resurfaced this summer. It is perfect for football, rugby, lacrosse and American football. Bookings are available upon request. At Cryfield, our grounds team have worked really hard over the summer to improve the provision of outdoor grass pitches, with phase one of improved drainage work on four of the pitches being completed. At Lakeside, we also have new basketball courts at the Sherbourne, Heronbank and Lakeside residences.

*NEW* Opening times

The Main Sports Centre and Westwood Games Hall are now open until 10pm Monday to Friday during term time (with a further 20 minutes for changing taking this up until 10.20pm). This allows extra play and training time during the week.
