Staff and students can take advantage of special bed & breakfast rates at Radcliffe, Scarman and Arden Conference Centres until 31 July 2014. The rates are available on bookings made no more than 48 hours in advance of arrival date.

· Scarman - £58.75 inc (48.96 + Vat)

· Radcliffe- £48.75 inc (£40.63 + Vat)

· Arden - £40.00 inc (£33.34 + Vat)

Booking terms

You’ll need to quote your staff or student ID number when making the reservation, and produce your ID card when you check in. Rates are to be paid on departure, and cannot be charged to an internal cost code.

These rates are for University of Warwick staff or students. If you need to book a room for visitors, for example visiting academics, or family or friends, please contact the Reservations team at reservations@warwick.ac.uk. 

Bookings can be taken from 6pm two days prior to arrival, although if you're booking a Sunday for Monday arrival, the booking may be placed from 9am on the Friday.
