Warwick Economics Summer School 2014

Warwick Economics logoAn exciting new course is available for non-economists at the first ever Warwick Economics Summer School. The Principles of Economics is an exciting three-week course, taught by leading academics and award-winning lecturers in a non-technical way and will provide a sound knowledge of the key principles of Economics.

The course is open to anyone who is curious about Economics. There are no entry requirements and individuals from all backgrounds are welcomed, including students who are currently studying another subject but who want to broaden their knowledge in another discipline.

The Warwick Economics Summer School

Principles of Economics is part of the wider Economics Summer School which offers a range of core and specialist modules for Economics undergraduates. Students will be able to debate and discuss economic issues with renowned academics such as Nick Crafts, Andrew Oswald and Ariel Rubinstein.

Evening Programme

The Summer School also offers a unique evening programme of interactive sessions for all students with eminent economists and public figures. Amongst these, Lord Gus O’Donnell the former Cabinet Secretary and Head of the UK Civil Service and Lord Robert Skidelsky will share their insights and experiences with students.
