THELMA Awards shortlist highlights Warwick innovation

HearNow - a collaboration between IT Services and Marketing's Insight Central team - was shortlisted for the Outstanding Digital Innovation Award at the 2017 Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards (THELMAs). Since its launch last year, the HearNow polls have been used to gather feedback from staff and students on a range of topics - from dog day care to activity apps - and offer users the chance to share their views on University services and earn rewards.

Mike Roberts, IT Director said:

Being shortlisted for the digital innovation award is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved. HearNow helps us understand our community better, and gives staff and students an opportunity to shape life at Warwick."
